"Half the price + twice as fast!"
I needed a part for my steam boiler (naturally it failed in December on a Friday morning), easily found it on Supplyhouse's website (at less than HALF the price I'd have to pay ordering it from a local supplier), and placed my order with regular shipping, figuring it wouldn't be worth the extra $30 for 2nd day service.
But surprise, surprise, it arrived the next day (Saturday) and I successfully installed the part barely 30 hours after I ordered it. Thanks for the great service!

"Best Customer service I've ever seen"
I ordered parts and they were actually delivered THE NEXT DAY! And I used their standard shipping. Turned out some of the parts I ordered I goofed up on. Without question they emailed the paperwork necessary for the return and they accepted them and credited my account. I'm so pleased with this company that I cannot wait to recommend them to everyone I know. Fantastic!

I only gave them 5 stars because you don't have an option to give them 10!
